BABEL

Art for Action, a foundation which is launching a program called Le Parlement des Invisibless, based on an idea by Anish Kapoor, and of which Lorraine de Sagazan is one of the first artists. As part of this program, she and Anoul Maugein proposed BABEL, which will be exhibited in a gallery in Piazza San Marco to express BABEL is the story of a catastrophe caused by human hubris.
The tower is made from used linen from luxury hotels, bearing witness to the damage caused by mass tourism.
